Instructions for Applicants

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Youth and Urbanism Organisation to empower youth for sustainable urban futures. This EOI form is designed to assess your organization's alignment with our mission, capacity, and potential for collaborative impact in urban informal settlements across Kenya.

Eligibility: Refer to the Call for Local Partners document for criteria. Applicants must be registered local NGOs, CBOs, youth groups, or networks in Kenya with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Submission Format: Complete this form in Word or PDF format. Limit responses to the specified page/word limits where indicated. Attachments (e.g., registration certificates, financial statements) should not exceed 5MB total.
Required Documents: Attach copies of registration certificate, constitution/bylaws, recent annual report (if available), safeguarding policy, and any supporting financial/audit documents.
Submission: Email the completed form and attachments to partnerships@youthandurbanism.org with the subject line: "EOI: Local Partners Call - [Your Organization Name]".
Deadline: February 28, 2026.
