The Urban Lens: Community Incident Reporting Form

The Urban Lens is a youth-powered platform designed to empower urban dwellers, especially in informal settlements, to anonymously document and report local challenges. By capturing issues through photos, videos, voice notes, or descriptions, you help shine a light on environmental hazards, infrastructure gaps, security threats, and governance lapses. Your anonymous reports feed into a secure database used by the Youth and Urbanism team to create evidence-based policy briefs, petitions, and advisory notes. This drives participatory governance, holding leaders accountable and fostering community-led change in Nairobi and beyond. Join the movement – your lens can transform your locality!
